Fugly Fabric Party! It's giveaway time!

08 May 2012

Lucy over at Charm About You is hosting another Fugly fabric party!  I enjoyed participating so much last time that I just had to join in again!  I am giving away four different prints in one large giveaway.  These aren't quite my style and were from previous projects so I don't have a use for them anymore.  They are yours for the taking!!

Here's how to enter .....

1) leave one comment  ..... I would love to know your top item on your sewing tool "wish list".   I'm not the only one that has one of those, am I? :)

2) and if you are a follower you can enter for a second chance to win!

This giveaway will end on Monday, May 14th at 9pm.  Good luck and thanks for stopping by!

  1. Hi Lori. The tool that I would love to have most is a blade for my rotary cutter that cuts curves. I think it is so cool.

  2. Hi! The tool that I would like is a baby GO! hexagon die and a mat - have the baby GO! cutter but no dies and no mat. I'm making a hexagon quilt so that would help. Thanks for the giveaway. Those fabrics would fit well in a traditional quilt.

  3. I also would love an Accuquilt o cutter but I prefer the full size-it's just amazing what that think can do in minutes!!!

  4. Well, being a newbie quilter, I absolutely NEED a 12.5" square ruler so I can square up my blocks. LOL
I would have said an Accuquilt Go! cutter, but I actually won the Go! Baby and 3 dies last month and I am so stoked about using it!

  6. Hum top item on the wish list. Does long arm machine too big? Wife would never let me spend that much she has mumbled that she would let me get an embroidery machine and make sure its one that's got more room so I can do the machine quilting on it.

  7. At the moment a circle cutting wheel for cutting large circles. Love these fabrics - have a bit of a thing for stars. They would be beautiful in a dress for my daughter for next spring.

  11. Would love to have a 'table' thing for the sewing machine to raise the area around the arm up a bit so I have a flatetr area to sew with. Great fugly fabrics because they aren't fugly at all!!

  23. I would love to find a kaleidoscope ruler that cuts 9.5 inch wedges. Not sure they make them anymore...

  24. I kind of like them actually. I'm making a repro quilt for my brother in law, so they look like they'd "go" with the fabrics I've already bought.

I am looking for a ruler for making LARGE flying geese. Like 6 inches across. Any suggestions?

  29. Confession: I still do all my cutting with dressmaker shears! So a rotary cutter and mat are on top of my list!

  34. I would like to have a long skinny thing to hold the fabric when it is going under the needle of my machine. I know these have a name but I can`t think what it is :)

  35. Top on my list is a longarm - and a building to put it in! ha ha. I guess for now that is more a dream than a wish.
More practical is a Stiletto for guiding that last bit of fabric under the foot.

  36. I like your fabrics. In my opinion you cannot make anything wrong with blue and stars. Does a new sewing machine (Paff quilter) count? ;-) Besides that I´d like (and ordered) the 8" Rainbow Block Template by Elisa´s Backporch design.

  37. I have been wanting to get a fancy stiletto. So far I don't have a tool for poking but I feel like if I did I would get a lot of use out of it.

  38. Hey, I am a follower.

I don't know if its specifically a tool but I'd like a mannequin/dummy not necessarily for dress-making but for photographing my bags and now my scarfs for my web store.
